DIRECT SELL / BUY OUT (Jual Putus)

Authenticity & Ownership

  • All items must be 100% authentic and legally owned by the seller.

  • Queen Bee Luxury has a zero tolerance policy for counterfeit goods.

  • If an item is later proven non authentic with credible documentation (Entrupy, brand service center report, or certified authenticator), the seller agrees to fully refund the payment received.

Condition Requirements

  • Items should be in good, well maintained condition.

  • Pricing is influenced by:

    • overall condition

    • production year

    • Inclusions (exc : receipt, dustbag, card, box)

    • scratches, wear, odors, stains, color transfer

    • rarity and market demand

  • Terms that do not meet Queen Bee Luxury standards may be declined.

WhatsApp Submission

To speed up evaluation, please send :

  • Clear photos from multiple angles (preferably under sunlight).

  • Details such as: year, size, model name, inclusions, and any flaws.

  • Video is recommended for premium items.

Initial Price Estimate

  • Queen Bee Luxury will provide an estimated value based on the information you submit.

  • This estimate is not final until the item is inspected in person.

Final Price Determination

  • Once Queen Bee Luxury receives the item, inspection will take 1–2 working days.

  • After inspection, Queen Bee Luxury will send the final buy out price.

  • Once the seller agrees, payment will be made within 24 hours.

Faster (Same-Day) Price Determination You may bring your items directly to our store for on-the-spot inspection. However, the ability to inspect immediately depends on:

  • The condition and complexity of the item,

  • Current store traffic, and

  • Internal Terms & Conditions. If an immediate inspection is possible, the process typically takes approximately 1–2 hours. If the item requires more time or the store is at high traffic, inspection may continue on the next working day.

Payment Method

  • Payment is made via bank transfer to the seller’s registered account.

  • The seller is responsible for ensuring correct banking information.

  • Once payment is issued, the sale is final and irreversible.

Transfer of Ownership

  • After payment is completed, the item becomes full property of Queen Bee Luxury.

  • The seller cannot request withdrawal or cancellation after payout

Counterfeit or Misrepresented Items If the item:

  • is fake

  • is misrepresented

  • differs significantly from photos

       contains undisclosed damage Queen Bee Luxury may:

  • return the item

  • decline purchase

  • request refund (if already paid)
