CONSIGNMENT TERMS (Titip Jual)

Authenticity

  • All items must be 100% authentic.

  • Counterfeit items will be returned, and clients may be charged an authentication attempt fee.

Condition of Items

  • All items must be in well maintained and presentable condition at the time of submission.

  • Queen Bee Luxury reserves the right to decline items that do not meet our quality standards.

Item Submission Requirements Clients must provide:

  • Detailed item specifications (name, size, year, inclusions)

  • Clear photos from multiple angles

  • Honesty regarding any flaws This allows accurate pricing and catalog preparation.

Consignment Acceptance Once the client agrees to our initial pricing discussion:

  • The item must be brought or sent to Queen Bee Luxury for authentication.

  • Items can be submitted via Courier, Gojek/Grab, or dropped off in person.

Processing Time Once the item arrives:

  • Please allow 4–7 working days for authentication, cleaning, photography, and catalog listing.

  • Queen Bee Luxury will send the final listing price for approval

Pricing Agreement

  • Selling price will be mutually agreed upon.

  • Queen Bee Luxury may suggest price adjustments based on market conditions.

  • For faster sale, Queen Bee Luxury may propose promotions or small discounts (with owner approval).

Sales Period

  • Minimum listing period: 14 days.

  • After 14 days, unsold items may be picked up or continued in our catalog.

Early Pickup Fee If the owner withdraws the item before 3 weeks, a cancellation fee of IDR 500,000 per item will apply (to cover photography, cleaning, and catalog work).

Unsold Items Owners may:

  • pick up the item

  • continue the listing

  • request re pricing

Insurance & Liability While your items are in Queen Bee Luxury care:

  • They are insured for the agreed consignment value.

  • Queen Bee Luxury is not liable for manufacturing defects or prior wear.

Payment Terms

  • Once the item is sold, Queen Bee Luxury will transfer payment within 3–5 working days.

  • Payment is made via bank transfer.

  • Weekdays: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

  • Weekends: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM We also accept courier deliveries (Grab/Gojek/Tiki/JNE).

  • Queen Bee Luxury communicates via WhatsApp, Telegram, email, and phone.

  • Clients must keep contact information updated to avoid delays

Discounts & Promotions To increase the chance of sale, Queen Bee Luxury may apply:

  • Promotional pricing

  • Marketplace marketing

  • Bundling offers Always with the owner’s approval.
